Terms of Service – CML Collection

Welcome to  CML Collection. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Processing Times

  • All items are handmade and made to order.
  • Current processing time is approximately 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Large or custom orders may require additional time.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom & Handmade Items

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections, color variations, glitter movement, or small differences may occur.
  • Every item is uniquely handcrafted and no two products will be identical.
  • Product photos are examples and may vary slightly from the final product.

Snow Globe Tumblers & Cups

  • Air bubbles may naturally occur during shipping and temperature changes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
  • Cups should be handled with care.
  • Do not place cups in the dishwasher or microwave.
  • Hand wash only using a soft sponge.
  • Do not soak cups or expose them to extreme heat.
  • Excessive dropping, shaking, or improper care may damage the cup.

Decals & Vinyl

  • The longevity of decals depends on proper care.
  • Avoid scrubbing, soaking, or picking at decals.
  • CML Collection is not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

Payments

  • Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise discussed.
  • Custom bulk orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Shipping

  • CML Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or lost/stolen packages once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

TikTok Live Content

  • By purchasing from CML Collection, you understand that your order may be shown during TikTok Live while being created, packaged, or prepared for shipment.

Communication

  • Please allow reasonable response times for messages and inquiries.
  • Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or chargeback fraud will result in refusal of future service.

Copyright & Design Policy

  • CML Collection reserves the right to refuse designs that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or contain inappropriate content.
  • Custom designs created by CML Collection may not be copied, resold, or recreated without permission.

Policy Updates

  • CML Collection reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
